​A monthly group to create your own Sound Bath focused on Empaths where we focus in on a cleansing and protecting our energetic system. We focus in on a specific chakra, how it is being impacted in our own system energetically, set an intention to bring it into balance using sound

A group for highly sensitive individuals/Empathic individuals to learn how their Energy system works, is impacted by others, and how to work with it. We work with the Narcissistic Empath dynamic, Intuition development, Energetic discernment, clarity and purpose, boundaries and more.

I am an Level 1 IFS Practitioner trained through the IFS Institute, Certified Mental Health Coach, Reiki Master, Advanced Craniosacral Practitioner and Sound Healer and I do hold a valid license in Massage Therapy but no longer accept clients for massage.
