Private Sound Bath

Find calm, allow your system to find some inner space and work with painful burdens using the power of sound. Integrating in Advanced Chakra Balancing and Energy Release.

​​Semi-Private Baths (done for couples or small groups) will travel to you for additional fee.

Cleanse and Harmonize your system while releasing burdens. In private sound baths  Reiki, Advanced Chakra Healing & Balancing, Crystal Gridding, Intuited Essential Oil are integrated in and tailored to you, enhancing the benefits of the sound bath for you.

Clarity & Creation Coaching is designed to help you build a business that is true to who you are, from the inside out. Drawing on my education, training, and experience across multiple industries, including corporate, creative, wellness, and entrepreneurial settings, I help you connect to your own inner clarity so you can identify what you truly want to do, what you do not, and how you want to show up in your work.

 

From there, we turn that clarity into action. Together we develop the foundation of your business, writing your plan, outlining services, identifying your audience, and designing a structure that fits you. I can support you in setting up systems such as bookkeeping and websites, and help you create marketing approaches that align with your comfort level, communication style, and values.

 

I understand that how you work matters just as much as what you are building. That is why we tailor everything to your learning style, energy, and goals, so the process itself supports you instead of draining you. And when obstacles come up, we work through them, removing blocks that might otherwise hold you back.

 

This is not about forcing yourself into a business mold. It is about creating something that grows naturally from who you are, and building it with clarity, structure, and integrity from the very beginning.

​​​​​​​For my safety and for my clients I schedule all appointments in-person or over the phone and manually preauthorize all of my phone consultations appointments.  You can request a time, but until you receive a confirmation from me, your appointment is pending.

​Please note I am not a psychotherapist and cannot diagnose, and do not practice psychotherapy. I work with clients who are either low risk, and/or are also working with a psychotherapist. I am happy to collaborate and be part of a team.

I am an Level 1 IFS Practitioner trained through the IFS Institute, Certified Mental Health Coach, Reiki Master, Advanced Craniosacral Practitioner and Sound Healer and I do hold a valid license in Massage Therapy but no longer accept clients for massage.
