Sounds of Our System: Discover & Create a Sound Bath to Connect to Your Inner Healer

A Sound Bath is an intentional combination of instruments meant to create the Alpha-Theta, or meditative state in the brain, and the relaxation response, musical intervals will help to relax and release anything that is causing dis-ease, distress or tension in our mental, emotional or physical bodies.

Sounds of Our system is about finding the way our system connects, aligns and attunes to our Inner Healer by creating our own Sound Bath based on the theme of the month. We work with the instruments to tune in and find the Sound of our own system.
