Returns & Refunds can only be done before products are shipped- products can be returned for store credit up to 30 days.
Services must be canceled with 24 hours notice, groups and classes 48 hours notice. Late cancellations will be assessed a 50% fee and no-shows pay full price. Any pre-paid service will receive a refund if canceled in the time frame.
