Sounds of Serenity Sound Bath

Sound Baths Trigger the Alpha-Theta brainwaves that are present during meditation, and the frequency following response of the brain allows you realign with your natural rhythm.

The Sound Baths at Serenity Writing Works are offered with one intention: to find your Zen.  Please come as you and take what you need, and leave everything else behind.

You're welcome to bring a journal if you'd like to reflect afterward, but there it is not required. A yoga mat, pillow, and blanket can make you more comfortable as your body temperature tends to drop as you relax.
