Sounds of Our System: An IFS Focused Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is an intentional combination of instruments meant to create the Alpha-Theta, or meditative state in the brain, and the relaxation response, musical intervals will help to relax and release anything that is causing dis-ease, distress or tension in our mental, emotional or physical bodies.

The IFS Sound Bath is a Specialized Sound Bath  that works to deepen and expand the relationship between Self and parts. You will then be given a creative journaling prompt to connect, listen, and build your relationship with your parts.

It helps to bring awareness, appreciation, perspective, and compassion. We expand our inner landscape to develop more calm and tap into a limitless supply of inner support. Each month we will be focusing on a different skill but there is no rigid rule: all parts are welcome
