A Beginner IFS Workshop using Mercury in Retrograde to turn inward and see the shadow through our brightest light.

Using compassionate curiosity, creativity, movement, guided intuition to get into the flow energy to help guide us through this journey of shadow dancing.

Mercury in retrograde helps us to slow down and help us release burdens so we can take rewrite old scripts into empowering narratives

We use this sacred time and space to begin to know the sacred shadow parts of ourselves

Honoring those parts that work to protect us from those fears

Learn about the shadow parts and the important information they hold for us
