The gong brings a deep sense of calm and Internal clarity. It can deepen your meditation practice, bring a sense of presence and supports healing.
Come experience this for yourself June 14 at 7PM. Session will begin with a guided meditation leading into the gong bath. You will be seated and be immersed in sounds of various sized gongs that will cleanse your energy system and release tension and helps you be in your full presence Because of the size of the gongs, seating capacity is limited.
